Designate and Change Beneficiaries for Registered and Plan Accounts
Submit a request for Designating and Changing Beneficiaries for Registered and Plan Accounts
First, find the client's CRM Contact Record page by searching contact name in the search bar. From the client's contact record, start by navigating into the Servicing (Service Request) tab, which is found in the middle panel of the contact record. Select Account Administration.
From there, you can select Beneficiary and proceed to specify the details of the request via the right sidebar pop-up.
Step 1.
- Select Designation and change of beneficiary
Step 2.
- Select an Account
Step 3.
- Add attachments. For this request, you will need to attach a signed Designation and Change of Beneficiary Form.
- Click Submit once the files are fully uploaded. You can now track your ticket.
