Submit a request to Add funds to client's investment account directly from their CRM contact record.
Step 1:
- Navigate to the CRM Contact Record by searching for client name in search bar.
Step 2:
- From the client's contact record, start by navigating into the Servicing (Service Request) tab, which is found in the middle panel of the contact record. Select Cash and Security Management.
Step 3:
- Next, select Add Funds and proceed to specify the details of the request via the right sidebar pop-up.
EFT - In
Step 4 (Eft-In):
The first property you will be asked to specify is the Request Type. The three request types are:
- Eft-In
- Contribute from investment Account
- Initiate a transfer
Step 5 (Eft-In):
- If you select Eft-In the second property you will be asked to specify is the account number you would like to Add Funds to.
Step 6 (Eft-In):

You will now be asked to specify the bank account that you would like to transfer the funds from.
Step 7 (Eft-In):
- Specify the amount of the Add Funds request and click the submit button to view your ticket confirmation.
Once you have submitted the request, you can click on the Ticket ID directly from the confirmation Reference section where you can view and confirm the details of the new service request ticket.
Contribute from an investment account
Furthermore, you can choose to contribute from another investment account, you can select Add Funds - "Contribute From Investment Account" and proceed to specify the details of the request via the right sidebar pop-up.
Step 2 (Contribute from investment account):
- Select Contribute from investment account

If you selected Contribute from investment account the second property you will be asked to specify is the account number that you would like to Add Funds to.
Step 4 (Contribute from investment account):
- Select the From Account
Step 5 (Contribute from investment account):
- Select the amount
Initiate a transfer
You can choose to initiate a transfer by selecting Add Funds - "Initiate a Transfer" and proceed to specify the details of the request via the right sidebar pop-up.

If you selected Initiate a transfer the second property you will be asked to specify is the receiving account number.
Step 4 (Initiate a transfer)

Enter the details of the relinquishing institution & account, attach NBIN-302, and then submit the request.
