High-Level Highlights and Metrics
This report provides an overview of active accounts, focusing on the number of clients and accounts, their average age, and total assets under management (AUM). It excludes accounts with a "Closed" status, ensuring that only currently managed accounts are considered.
Use this report to assess the average account size and managed AUM, which can help in evaluating the financial health and client demographics of your business.
Asset Range Breakdown
This report provides an overview of accounts based on their asset range, excluding those with a "Closed" status. It categorizes accounts into different asset ranges, such as "$0 - 50K" to "$500K+", and includes metrics like the total number of accounts, total number of clients, and average assets under management (AUM). This information helps identify which asset categories have the most accounts and can guide strategies for targeting specific client segments.
Account Model Breakdown
This report presents a breakdown of the "Invested Amount" across different "assigned models," excluding accounts with a status of "Closed." It highlights the distribution of investments among various portfolio types, such as "Optimize All Growth Portfolio" and "Optimize Income Portfolio," helping you understand where the most significant investments are being made. This insight can guide decisions on which portfolio strategies are attracting the most investment and may warrant further focus or adjustment.
TIP: By hovering over each segment of the pie chart, you can access detailed information about each specific account model. This feature displays the invested amount, along with the corresponding percentage and total value for each segment.
AUM Breakdown by Rep Code
This report provides a detailed overview of accounts managed by different representatives, focusing on active accounts only. It highlights the total number of accounts, the number of clients, and the total assets under management (AUM), along with the average assets per client. This information can help identify which representatives are managing the most valuable portfolios, allowing for strategic decisions on resource allocation and performance evaluation.
Age Breakdown
This report provides an overview of client accounts segmented by age range, showing the number of accounts, clients, total assets under management (AUM), and average assets under management per client. Account Fee Breakdown

Beside the pie chart "AUM by Registration Type" is a detailed chart of which accounts fall under registered and open. It highlights the total number of distinct accounts and their aggregated value. This information can help you assess the distribution and value of different amount types, such as Cash, margin, and In-Trust, to better understand your portfolio's composition.
Investment Type Breakdown
This report provides a breakdown of market values across different investment types, excluding accounts that are closed. It categorizes investments into groups like "Optimize Funds," "Guaranteed Investment Certificate," and "Fixed Income Securities," helping you understand the distribution of your portfolio. Systematic Plans - Annual Amounts
This report provides an overview of the annualized amounts for different systematic plans, categorized by their adjusted plan type.
