Create Plans - Submitting

Submit a request to Create a Plan to client's investment accounts via EFT from a bank account on file, directly from their CRM contact record.

Submit a PAC


From the client's contact record, start by navigating into the Servicing (Service Request) tab, which is found in the middle panel of the contact record.

 

Step 1. Scroll down and click on Plans

Step 2. Click Create A Plan

Step 3. Under Create A Plan: Select PAC (Pre-authorized contribution plan)

Step 4. Select the Account Type. This is the account you would like to have the PAC deposited to

Step 5. Select the bank (This is the bank account you would like to have the PAC withdrawn from). Click on the displayed banking details then click Next

Step 6. Under Plan Details: Add the Amount, Frequency, Day and then click Submit

Submit a SWP

From the client's contact record, start by navigating into the Servicing tab, which is found in the middle panel of the contact record.

Step 1. Scroll down and click on Plans

Step 2. Click Create A Plan

Step 3. Under Plan Type: Select SWP (Systematic withdrawal plan)

Step 4. Select the Account Type. This is the account you would like to have the SWP withdrawn from.

Step 5. Select the bank (This is the bank account that you would like to have the SWP deposited to): Click on the Displayed Banking details then click Next

Step 6. Under Plan Details: Add the Amount, Frequency, Day and then click Submit
