Document Delivery Request

Learn about the three different Document Delivery Requests

You can submit a request to edit a client's Document Delivery directly through the client's CRM Contact Record. First, search for client name in the search bar, then navigate to the Servicing (Service Request) extension in the middle panel of the contact record. Next, select Account Administration, and Document Delivery. The Document Delivery section has three Request Types that you can choose from: Change delivery method, Password reset, and Third Party online access. 

Change Delivery Method

This requests allows you to change the delivery method of statements, tax slips, and confirmations for a client. This request will have you indicate the document types as well as the document delivery method (online or paper).

Password Reset

This request allow you to reset the password for a clients online services access for their account on Hubspot. Once the password is updated it will be displayed on the Online Account Access Credentials section located on the left-side panel of the client's CRM contact record.

Third Party Online Access 

This request allows you to grant third party access to online services across multiple roots. Using a Third Party online access allows you to grant someone else permission to manage your accounts or access information on your behalf. This can be helpful for family members or financial advisors who need to assist you with account management.
