Submit a request for Estate Processing and Settlement

First, find the client's CRM Contact Record page by searching contact name in the search bar.

From the client's contact record, start by navigating into the Servicing (Service Request) tab, which is found in the middle panel of the contact record. Select Account Administration

From there, you can select Special handling and proceed to specify the details of the request via the right sidebar pop-up.

 

Step 1:

  • Select Estate Processing 

 

Step 2:

  • Select an Account 

The account refers to the specific financial account or accounts that are part of the deceased individual's estate. The selection of the account is crucial as it determines where the funds or assets will be disbursed from.

 

Step 3:

  • Select Submit. Now you can track your ticket. 

Please note, submitting this request will raise the estate. Once the ticket is approved and completed, you must then submit the appropriate request(s) to proceed with distributing the proceeds of the estate to the respective beneficiary(ies) per the instructions outlined on the Letter of Direction (LOD). Which you can find on the Optimize Portal.

Estate Processing requests are generally completed in 20 business days
