How to submit a request to have a Client's Optimize Accounts settled?

Required Information and Documentation:

Please note that the following list does not encompass all information necessary for the entire Estate Process. It solely outlines the required documentation needed to initiate the processing of the estate for each account type and situation.

You can find any of the servicing documents that are required through the Optimize Portal. Documents -> Servicing Documents 


Service Request:

Here is how you submit a ticket:

Navigate to the Clients profile in HubSpot by typing the Clients name in the search bar.


 

Step 1. Once on the clients profile, select the Servicing tab

Step 2. Under the list of service request, click the "Account Administration" next button

Step 3. Select the "Special handling" next button

Step 4. Then it will give you a list of request type, click "Estate Processing"

Step 5. Select the account and press next at the bottom.  This is where you will attach the files that will be needed. (You can reference the picture above to figure out which ones need to be added)

Once the information is correct you can press submit and a ticket will be generated to the pipeline 

 


Monitor your request 

After submitting your request, you'll see it under the 'In Review' stage in the Account Administration pipeline.
