Learn how to view The RESP Registration Rejected Report
What is the Report?
- RESP accounts which have not been appropriately registered due to a potential mismatch of information we have on file versus what the Social Insurance Registry has on file for the beneficiary.
To view a list of clients who have a RESP Registration Rejection:
Step 1. On the CRM, navigate to the left toolbar
Step 2. Click on CRM
Step 3. Select Accounts
Step 4. Click the "Add View" button
How to use the Report?
