Submit a New Account Application

How to submit a New Account Application

First, find the client's CRM Contact Record page by searching contact name in the search bar.

From the client's contact record, start by navigating into the Servicing (Service Request) tab, which is found in the middle panel of the contact record. Select Account Management.

From there, you can select New Account Application and proceed to specify the details of the request via the right sidebar pop-up.

 

Step 1. 

  • Select the New Account Type that you are opening:
    • Individual Application
    • Joint Application
    • Entity Application

 


Individual Application 

Step 2. 

  • Select if it is a New Root or Existing Root 

 

Step 3. 

  • Select the accounts you want to open.
  • Note: If you are opening an account for a new client, you should have a cash account selected.

 

Step 4.

  • Confirm the accounts you are opening by checking the box and then select submit at the bottom right side of the page.
  • You can now track your ticket in the New Accounts pipeline.


Joint Application  

Step 2. 

  • Select if it is a New Root or Existing Root 

 

Step 3.

  • Select the associated contact to be the joint account holder. 

 

 

Step 4. 

  • Select the account type that you want to open.

 

Step 5. 

  • Confirm the accounts you are opening by checking the box and then select submit at the bottom right side of the page.
  • You can now track your ticket in the New Accounts pipeline.


Entity Application 

Step 2. 

  • Select if it is a New Root or Existing Root 

 

Step 3.

  • Select Yes or No if there are any additional account holders. 
  • If you select yes, then you will be promoted to select the associated contact to be the joint account holder. 

 

Step 4. 

  • Select the account type that you want to open.

 

Step 5. 

  • Confirm the accounts you are opening by checking the box and then select submit at the bottom right side of the page.
  • You can now track your ticket in the New Accounts pipeline.

 

 

Note: After submitting your request, you will gain access to complete the new application section. A ticket will be assigned to you, allowing you to input your client's information. To learn how to effectively fill out the application, please refer to the following articles:
