Setting Up Plans in Advance of Effective Date

  • Pre-Authorized Contributions (PAC) and Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP) can be set up for many account types. The Service Request should be submitted no less than X days in advance of the start date for the plan to come into effect. If there is required money movement prior to the effective date of the plan, then an 'Add Funds' or a 'Withdraw Funds' Request can be submitted in the interim.

 

Stopping Plans

  • To stop a PAC or SWP Plan, the plan can be stopped through the 'Manage Plans' option, selecting the specific plan, and then selecting the 'Stop Plan' option in the bottom left side of the panel. Please be advised that plans which are stopped within X days of a scheduled payment will run for that payment before being Stopped.

 

Payment Dates on Weekends and Holidays

  • Payments that are scheduled to occur during weekends or holidays will be processed on the preceding/following business day.

 

Calendar Days

  • Systematic Plans: all systematic plans require a minimum of 14 calendar days notice in advance of the plans effective date.
  • PAC: all PAC plans require a minimum of 7 calendar days notice in advance of the plans effective date. 

Frequency Options

  • Through the Systematic Plan service forms (i.e., PAC, SWP, RIF, LIF), you have the option to specify the frequency with which a systematic plan is to run from these available options:
