Manage Transfers Between Client Accounts Directly from Their CRM Contact Record.
There are two distinct transfer methods available: Cash Transfer and Securities Transfer. Let's walk through the process of submitting a ticket for each one!
Cash Transfer
From the client's contact record, start by navigating into the Servicing tab, which is found in the middle panel of the contact record.
Step 1. Select Cash and Security Management.
Step 2. Select Transfer.
Step 3. Select "Cash Transfer."
Step 4. Select "Show More" to view additional options.
Step 5. Select the account from which you are transferring the funds.
Step 6. Select the account to which you want the funds transferred.
Step 7. Specify the Amount Type, such as "Full" and Source of Funds: "All" and click "Next"
Step 8. Verify all the information is correct. Confirm the transfer to process money transfer
Securities Transfer
To transfer money from a client's contact record, start by navigating to "Servicing," located in the middle panel of the contact record.
Step 1. Select Cash and Security Management.

Step 4. Select "Show More" to view additional options.
Step 5. Select the account from which you are transferring the funds.
Step 6. Select the account to which you want the funds transferred.
Step 7. Specify the Amount Type, such as "Full" and Source of Funds: "All" and click "Next"
