Learn how to navigate the Wealth Planner Dashboard

What is it?

  • The Wealth Planner (WP) Overview Dashboard is a single source for all your data. With flexible dashboards, combine multiple reports to help everyone view the metrics that matter. There are specific dashboards for team members to track progress toward their goals.

To view the Wealth Planner Overview Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the sidebar, and click on "Reporting & Data".
  2. Click on Dashboards.
  3. If you have multiple dashboards you can click on the arrow to scroll to find "Wealth Planner Overview".

What is on the Dashboard 

Here is an overview of what the dashboard looks like:

The Report Boxes that you are able to view are:

  • Know Your Client (KYC) Updates Overdue 
  • KYC Updates Due Next 30 Days 
  • KYC Updates Due Next 60 Days
  • KYC Updates Due Next 90 Days
  • Completed KYC Updates in the Last 30 Days 
  • Completed KYC Updates in the Last 60 Days 
  • Completed KYC Updates - Year to Date
  • Open Service Request Tickets 
  • Tax Preparation Tickets Completed 
  • Will Preparation Tickets Completed 
  • Total Assets 
  • Average Account Size
  • Average Client Age 
  • New Account Opened in the Last 30 Days 
  • Completed: # of Onboarding Meetings Completed in last 30 Days
  • Completed: # of Onboarding Meetings Completed in last 60 Days 
  • Completed: # of Onboarding Meetings Completed- Year to Date 
  • Outstanding: # KYC Updates Pending Signature 
  • Outstanding Will Preparation Tickets 
  • Number of Portfolio Manager Review Tickets Outstanding 
  • Deficient New Account Application Tickets Outstanding 
  • Deficient KYC & Suitability Update Tickets Outstanding 

Understanding the Report Boxes

KYC Updates

  • The initial seven report boxes all pertain to KYC Updates.
  • You can monitor the number of contacts expected to be due within the specified upcoming days.
  • You can also monitor the number of KYC Updates that were completed within the specified days and year to date. 

Open Service Request Tickets 

  • This report measures and analyzes ticket metrics, displaying dimensions that group metrics across various pipelines.

Preparation Tickets Completed 

  • You can view two different preparation Tickets Completed: Tax Preparation and Will Preparation 
  • It enables you to see the tally of completed tickets for each category.

Total Assets, Average Account Size, and Average Client Age

  • These three reports enable you to monitor fundamental company information.

Onboarding 

  • You can see the number of New Accounts that were opened in the past 30 days.
  • You can monitor the number of completed meetings within the specified period of time.

Outstanding

  • There are five different outstanding reports you are able to monitor: Will Preparation Request, KYC Updates Tickets, Portfolio Manager Reviews, Deficient New Account Applications, and Deficient KYC & Suitability Update
  • All reports enable you to stay informed about your tickets and easily track their progress.
  • Portfolio Manager Review: This reports tells you the amount of tickets outstanding and what pipeline the tickets are in. 
  • Deficient New Account Applications: This Report tells you the amount of tickets that are outstanding and the Advising Representative. 
  • Deficient KYC & Suitability Update: This Report tells you the amount of tickets that are outstanding and who the ticket is assigned to. 

Tip: In every report containing a chart, clicking on any column will reveal additional essential information about the corresponding tickets or data being depicted.
