How to Complete Meeting Details KYC Updates Panel
Learn how to accurately complete the Meeting Details panel when doing a KYC Update

The Meeting Details documents any discussions or decisions from client meetings that are relevant to the account setup or management process.
Filling Out Meeting Details Information
Provide the below detail on the meeting that took place with the client, and provide details on any additional topics that were discussed during the meeting that are not captured on the KYC Update.
Enter the details into the provided fields:
- Meeting Type: Select whether the meeting took place over the phone or In person.
- Wealth Planner Attendance: Select whether there was a wealth planner at the meeting. Yes or No
- Other attendees: Was there anyone else present at the meeting other than the client, you, or the wealth planner? Select yes or no.
- Document delivery: Select electronically or in person during the meeting how the client will receive any documentation related to the meeting.
- Additional questions: Select yes or no if the client had any additional questions during the meeting or questions that weren't covered on the KYC. If you select yes, please provide the details using the space provided.
- Please confirm that:
- Your reminded the client of our Conflicts of Interest and Relationship Disclosure Forms that are available on our website and if they had any questions, they had are outlined in the above notes.
- You reminded the clients about the additional family office services that are available to them as clients of Optimize.
- You explained the risks of investing to the client including the fact that markets do fluctuate, there will always be risk of loss within our model portfolios, and that past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.
Saving the Panel
After completing all required fields:
- Click Save to lock in the provided details.
- The panel status will update from Incomplete (yellow) to Complete (green)upon successful saving.
