How to Submit a Will

Learn how to submit a Will request for clients

Applies To:

  • All Portfolio Managers, Advisors, Wealth Planners, and support staff.

You can submit a Will request from the client’s CRM Contact Record. Follow the instructions below to ensure all required documents are included and the request is submitted correctly.

How to Submit a Will Request

  1. Navigate to the Client's CRM Contact Record

  2. Go to the Servicing Tab
  3. Select Family Office Services → Will Preparation

  4. Select whether it is an Individual Plan or a Family Plan

  5. Select the Number of Wills that are to be prepared

  6. Upload the following required documents:

    • Will Prep Form(s)

  7. Review & Submit

    • Once you confirm the details, click Submit to create the request

After Submitting the Request

A new service request ticket will be created. You can locate it:

  • In the Right-Side Panel of the client's CRM Contact Record under Tickets.
  • In the Will Preparation Pipeline, where you can track the progress and confirm when the request is completed.

Processing Times

  • Typically 2 business days after the ticket has been submitted and completed any applicable review.
