How to Submit a Will
Learn how to submit a Will request for clients
Applies To:
- All Portfolio Managers, Advisors, Wealth Planners, and support staff.
You can submit a Will request from the client’s CRM Contact Record. Follow the instructions below to ensure all required documents are included and the request is submitted correctly.
How to Submit a Will Request

Navigate to the Client's CRM Contact Record
- Go to the Servicing Tab

Select Family Office Services → Will Preparation

Select whether it is an Individual Plan or a Family Plan

Select the Number of Wills that are to be prepared

Upload the following required documents:

Will Prep Form(s)

Review & Submit

Once you confirm the details, click Submit to create the request

After Submitting the Request
A new service request ticket will be created. You can locate it:
- In the Right-Side Panel of the client's CRM Contact Record under Tickets.
- In the Will Preparation Pipeline, where you can track the progress and confirm when the request is completed.
Processing Times
- Typically 2 business days after the ticket has been submitted and completed any applicable review.
