How to Zip a Folder on Mac
Step 1: Location the folder. Find the folder you want to compress.
Step 2: Select the folder by clicking on it.
Step 3: Control-click (or right-click). Press and hold the control key and click on the folder (or right click)
Step 4: Choose "Compress". Select compress from the shortcut menu that appears.
Step 5: A new .zip file will appear in the same location as the original folder, containing the compressed contents.
How to Zip a Folder on Windows
Step 1: Locate the folder you want to zip using File Explorer.
Step 2: Right-click on the folder.
Step 3: Hover over "Send to", then click "Compressed (zipped) folder".
Step 4: A .zip file will be created in the same location with the same name as the folder (you can rename it if needed).
