KYC Update Pipeline Overview

Learn how requests submitted through the KYC Update Service module are processed, including details about clients and adjusting delivery settings for statements and tax slips

  • KYC Update

The KYC Update Pipeline tracks requests submitted through Account Management → KYC Update. Tickets move systematically through pipeline stages, ensuring thorough reviews, secure processing, and timely completion.

Where to Find the KYC Update Pipeline

To access the pipeline and track the status of submitted requests:

  • Navigate to the ticket index page:

    • In the CRM, navigate to CRM > Tickets

  • To view the KYC Update pipeline, click the pipeline dropdown menu and select KYC Update.

You can view the tickets in the KYC Update pipeline in either board view or list view to track the progress, status, and assignments of requests.

Pipeline Stages Overview

Below are the pipeline stages and a high-level explanation of their functions:

  • In Review: Newly submitted tickets enter this stage for Project Manager review. The ticket details are verified for accuracy, and the instructions are assessed for appropriateness.
  • In Process: Approved tickets proceed to this stage, where the Optimize Team processes the request according to the instructions provided on the ticket.
  • Completed: Tickets in this stage have been fully processed, confirming that the request has been successfully fulfilled by the Optimize Team.

Expected Timelines & SLAs

  • Typically 3-5 business days after the ticket has been submitted and completed any applicable review.
