New Account Application - Scheduling a Meeting

Learn how to schedule Transition Meetings for New Individual, Joint and Entity Account Applications submitted through the New Accounts Pipeline

This applies to the following requests:

  • New Individual Account Applications
  • New Joint Account Applications
  • New Entity Account Applications

Once a New Account Application ticket has been opened, you now have the option to schedule a Transition Meeting to support the client onboarding process and finalize the submission of paperwork.

When to Schedule a Meeting

Schedule a Transition Meeting any time you’re opening a new client account and want to ensure a smooth, accurate onboarding process.

You should schedule a meeting when:

  • The account is complex or customized: Use the meeting to walk through unique structures or special instructions.

  • You want to reduce delays and rework: Catch errors early and avoid missing or incorrect information.

  • You’re aiming for consistency: Keep onboarding efficient and standardized across all accounts.

  • You’re handling high onboarding volume: Stay ahead of tickets and minimize bottlenecks by aligning early.

How to Schedule a Meeting

  1. Navigate to ticket index page
  2. In the CRM, navigate to CRMTickets

  3. To view the New Accounts pipeline, click the pipeline dropdown menu and select New Accounts

  4. Select the appropriate ticket.
  5. In the center of the screen, you’ll see the “Schedule a Meeting” option. On the right-hand side, there will be an “Open” button that you can click to begin.

  6. Under the calendar select + Book a meeting

  7. After selecting the requested date, a box will appear below displaying the available meeting times.

  8. Select the preferred time slot, then click “Schedule” in the bottom-right corner of the window.

After Submitting the Request

  • Once the Schedule a Meeting request has been submitted, all participants will receive a calendar invite via email within 30 minutes.
