New Account Application - Scheduling a Meeting
Learn how to schedule Transition Meetings for New Individual, Joint and Entity Account Applications submitted through the New Accounts Pipeline
This applies to the following requests:
- New Individual Account Applications
- New Joint Account Applications
- New Entity Account Applications
Once a New Account Application ticket has been opened, you now have the option to schedule a Transition Meeting to support the client onboarding process and finalize the submission of paperwork.
When to Schedule a Meeting
Schedule a Transition Meeting any time you’re opening a new client account and want to ensure a smooth, accurate onboarding process.
Important: Every New Account Application ticket must include a confirmed meeting date and time before it can be assigned to a Portfolio Manager for paperwork preparation and completion.
How to Schedule a Meeting
- Navigate to ticket index page
- In the CRM, navigate to CRM → Tickets
- To view the New Accounts pipeline, click the pipeline dropdown menu and select New Accounts
- Select the appropriate ticket.
- In the center of the screen, you’ll see the “Schedule a Meeting” option. On the right-hand side, there will be an “Open” button that you can click to begin.
- Under the calendar select + Book a meeting
- After selecting the requested date, a box will appear below displaying the available meeting times.
- Select the preferred time slot, then click “Schedule” in the bottom-right corner of the window.
After Submitting the Request
- Once the Schedule a Meeting request has been submitted, all participants will receive a calendar invite via email within 30 minutes.
How to Associate Multiple New Account Application Tickets to the Same Meeting
- Once the meeting is booked on a New Account Application ticket, other New Account Application tickets belonging to the same contact or related contacts can be linked to that meeting.
- To do this, simply select the "Open" button on the "Schedule a Meeting" Panel on the other New Application Ticket.
- Then, click on the "Select" button on the existing meeting you would like to associate the other New Account Application with.
- Then, select the "Schedule" button.
