Items Needing Attention

The "Items Needing Attention" section in Conquest Financial Planning provides a concise summary of areas in a client’s financial plan that require review or action. This feature is structured to help advisors efficiently identify and address key issues to ensure the plan’s completeness and accuracy.

The section consists of two key columns:

  1. Status: Indicates the urgency of each issue.

    • Danger: Highlights critical issues that require immediate attention.
    • Caution: Marks less urgent items that still require resolution to optimize the plan.
  2. Analysis: Offers a detailed explanation of why each issue has been flagged, helping advisors understand the necessary steps to address it.

Example:

  • No Retirement Expenses Specified (Status: Danger):
    • Analysis: Retirement expenses have not been entered, which is essential for producing an accurate retirement analysis and aligning savings strategies.

By presenting actionable insights in a clear and structured format, the "Items Needing Attention" section ensures that advisors can effectively address gaps in the client’s financial plan.

Items On Track

The "Items On Track" section in Conquest Financial Planning provides a summary of areas where the client is performing well or progressing as expected. This feature allows advisors to reinforce positive behaviours and ensure these aspects remain on course.

The section includes two primary columns:

  1. Status: Indicates the level of performance or alignment with the financial plan.

    • Great: Highlights exceptional performance or alignment with financial goals.
    • Good: Indicates satisfactory progress with minor areas for potential improvement.
    • Neutral: Denotes areas where no immediate action is necessary but can be monitored.
  2. Analysis: Provides detailed insights into why a particular item is deemed on track, offering clarity for both advisors and clients.

Example:

  • Your Debt Service Ratio is 0% (Status: Great):
    • Analysis: The client is not carrying any debt relative to their income, indicating strong financial health and a reduced risk of financial strain.

The "Items On Track" section serves as an effective way to highlight successes, maintain client motivation, and build trust by acknowledging progress toward their financial goals.

Goals

The "Goals" section in Conquest Financial Planning provides an overview of a client’s progress toward achieving specific financial objectives. The Financial Well-Being Goal subsection highlights whether the client’s current and recommended financial strategies align with their desired outcomes.

This section consists of two primary elements:

  1. Status Indicators:

    • Each goal is accompanied by a status marker, such as Danger, to highlight areas requiring urgent attention.
    • In this example, the Danger status indicates that the client’s financial well-being goal is not on track under both the current and recommended plans.
  2. Graphical Representation:

    • A side-by-side bar chart compares the Current Percentage (blue) with the Recommended Percentage (yellow), illustrating the alignment—or misalignment—of the client’s financial health relative to the goal.
    • In this case, both percentages are the same, suggesting that while recommendations have been made, further adjustments may still be necessary to improve the outcome.

This visual and status-driven feedback allows advisors to identify gaps, discuss strategies, and set priorities to help clients achieve their financial well-being objectives effectively.
