How to track tickets for tax preparation requests
This pipeline applies to the following requests:
- Individual Tax Preparation
- Household Tax Preparation
The Tax Preparation Pipeline tracks requests submitted through Family Office Services → Tax Preparation. Tickets move systematically through pipeline stages, ensuring thorough reviews, secure processing, and timely completion.
Where to Find the Tax Preparation Pipeline

Navigate to the ticket index page:

In the CRM, navigate to CRM > Tickets

- To view the Tax Preparation pipeline, click the pipeline dropdown menu and select Tax Preparation.
You can view the tickets in the Withdraw pipeline in either board view or list view to track the progress, status, and assignments of requests.
Pipeline Stages Overview
Below are the pipeline stages and a high-level explanation of their functions:
- Preparation: The tax team reviews the submitted request for completeness, prepares the return by structuring financial data and performing compliance checks, and pauses the process if any missing or unclear information is identified until resolved.
- Review & Delivery: The tax team finalizes updates, the return is reviewed internally and by the client for approval, and once fully approved, it moves to final submission and filing.
- Completed: Once the ticket transitions to the completed stage, it signifies that the trading team has completed the request.
