What Are Systematic Plans?
Systematic Plans automate regular financial transactions either contributions or withdrawals allowing advisors and portfolio managers to efficiently support client goals. By facilitating disciplined investing and consistent cash flow management, these plans enhance client financial stability and streamline administrative workflows.
To access the pipeline and track the status of submitted requests, navigate to the ticket index page in the CRM by selecting CRM > Tickets, then click the pipeline dropdown menu and select Plans.
Create Plans
The Create Plans service request is used when a client wants to set up recurring contributions or withdrawals. This request ensures that funds are moved automatically according to the client’s instructions and schedule.
What are the different methods to Create Plans
Clients can create plans through the following methods:

Pre-Authorized Contribution (PAC) Plan – Set up regular contributions from a linked bank account into an investment account.

Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP) – Set up regular withdrawals from an investment account to a linked bank account or another destination.
Manage Plans
The Manage Plans service request is used when a client wants to make changes to existing systematic contribution or withdrawal plans. This ensures that updates are processed accurately and reflect the client’s current instructions.
What are the different methods to Manage Plans
Clients can manage existing plans through the following methods:

Modify a Pre-Authorized Contribution (PAC) Plan – Change the contribution amount, frequency, or funding details.

Modify a Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP) – Adjust withdrawal settings such as amount, frequency, or destination.

Modify a Registered Income Fund (RIF) Plan – Update RIF withdrawal instructions to align with minimum or scheduled needs.

Modify a Life Income Fund (LIF) Plan – Adjust LIF withdrawal instructions to reflect changes in income requirements or schedule.
